Sabina Seo is a South Korean actress born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, and she is currently based in Seoul, Korea. She is an alum of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she trained in the Meisner Technique receiving a B.F.A in Drama.
Sabina has performed in several Off-Off Broadway productions, and toured New York City as part of the cast of the original play Why Me? A Change Is Gonna Come, where she played the role of Soon Ling Lee. Through this production she succeeded in raising awareness of racism, inequality, and injustice. Sabina’s off-theater works also include modeling, and she modeled in fashion shows such as Agestock's A-STLYE COLLECTION in Tokyo Dome City Hall, Japan. As a passionate artist and activist, she is eager to continue inspiring and empowering many people through her performance.
Sabina is currently based in Seoul, Korea. She is a member of Korean Broadcasting Actors Association and is a member of the inaugural class of K-PAEC (Korea Popular Culture Artists Education Center).
Sabina is also an enthusiast in culture and language. From her unique background she is fluent in Japanese, Korean, and of course in English, and is intrigued by the richness that diversity brings. She is interested in learning new cultures and hopes to bring that new connection to her performance on stage. Currently she is mostly looking into Chinese, French, Russian, and Latin American cultures!
